I researched SO many different brands, sizes, etc. of inversion tables, before selecting this one. It arrived in 4 days and was very well packed with straps around the box to prevent it from possibly opening up or falling apart due to how big and how heavy the box was.Everything was clearly labeled inside the box. It took me (a 65 y/o female) a little over an hour to get fully assembled and up and ready for me to use. And boy was I excited to try it out.Before purchasing the inversion table, I did check with my doctor to get her thoughts on in me buying one. She highly recommended I get one, not only to help relieve the pain in my lower back that I have been getting daily…but also to possibly help with improving my mental clarity, mood etc.PLEASE - 'strap yourself to the table as instructed'. Be sure to engage the ankle holding system until it 'clicks/locks in'. Play around a bit with the different height settings to get the correct one for your height. Start by putting the adjustable rear cross-bar in the top hole to get a feel for it before lowering the rear bar down to the 2nd, 3rd or 4th hole. For me, the 3rd of 4 holes so far is what I like the best. It gets me upside-down enough to feel immediate relief/benefits of the pressure on my spine being de-compressed - OH IT FEELS AMAZING!!! I lay upside-down for about 2 minutes when I wake up in the morning and then again before I go to bed.Who knows, maybe my facial wrinkles will invert too :-)
I LOVE this. I am a 73 yr old in good health and fit. After a minute on my inversion bench I feel invigorated and decompressed. My posture is better. My neck and back are less tense . I use it a couple times a day

Great for stretching out my back.Don’t use it too often but works great when we need to.Folds up easily and light enough to move around the house.The bar on the back prevents you from going completely upside down but it’s removable.Easy to store.
Quality made not sure if it does me any good yet but will say this, this product has the best instructions of anything I have ever put together. All screws and parts are labeled for each step which makes it error proof wish all products came like this , great job to manufacturer.
